Welcome to the "Patient Information" section of our Web site. Here we provide information for our current and potential patients. We include several forms below that can be downloaded and completed prior to your first appointment.

We often schedule patient information seminars presented to the public at no charge. One of our fertility specialists presents information on infertility different topics at each seminar. These topics range from discussing diagnostic procedures to the most advanced reproductive technologies. Check this page often as it is updated when seminars are scheduled.

Our physicians are "World class" researchers in the field of reproductive endocrinology and infertility in addition to being highly experienced and proficient clinicians. Many of their articles are linked from the titles below. These articles were published in major "peer reviewed" fertility journals such as "Fertility and Sterility".

Our physicians are recognized leaders in "cutting edge" research in reproductive medicine, which insures delivery of the most advanced fertility care available. Their services range from initial fertility testing and diagnosis to advanced genetic procedures such as preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD).  We are also at the forefront of egg freezing technologies. Please see our Channel 5 interview on egg freezing.

Articles Published by Our Physicians and Embryologists

In addition to providing superior fertility diagnostic and treatment services, our staff are prolific researchers. We include several of their articles on the Web site.

  1. Preimplantation Genetic Testing of Human Embryos
  2. Impact of assisted hatching on pregnancy rates in women of advanced maternal age.
  3. Successful selection of normal embryos using PGD in a patient with Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type 3
  4. Do patients who undergo Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis have higher pregnancy rates and should fewer embryos be transferred?
  5. Pregnancies by PGD for translocation carriers using single interphase cell FISH with chromosome-specific breakpoint spanning probes
  6. Embryo biopsy medium may hold the key to successful outcomes following preimplantation genetic diagnosis.
  7. PGD results in embryos with odd versus even cell-numbers
  8. The rate of aneuploidy in morphologically normal embryos.
  9. Sex Ratios Of Human Embryos Derived From Sperm Sorted By Albumin Gradient For Gender Enrichment As Determined By Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis.

Practice Forms/Literature

We have several of our routine patient forms available for download and printing. Some of these should be brought to the “new patient” appointment.

Infertility Patient Seminars

The ART Reproductive Center provides fertility seminars at various times and locations throughout the year.   We encourage couples to enquire as to when and where the next free seminar will take place.
